When will my order be shipped out?
Your order will be shipped out in 3-10 business days after your order is placed, except for preorders or out of stock items.
When will preorders be shipped out/items get restocked?
Preorder items take 4-6 weeks to manufacture and will not be able to be shipped sooner than that.
How long does shipping take?
North America : 4-8 business days
International : 5-22 business days
What should I do if my parcel is lost/damaged?
Every order comes with a tracking number. I will do my best to help you find your package. For refunds, please refer to the shipping company's policy.
